Justin Steele is a Supervisor of Educational Technology at Caddo Parish Public Schools in Shreveport, Louisiana. He has over 10 years of experience in educational technology and has held a variety of positions in the field, including classroom teacher, instructional technologist, and technology leader. In his current role, Justin is responsible for the successful implementation and deployment of educational platforms to over 40,000 endpoints and users. He also leads all instructional technology professional and staff development initiatives and provides effective leadership to a team of 5 instructional technologists. Justin is a passionate advocate for the use of technology to improve student learning. He has a strong understanding of the latest educational technology trends and is committed to helping teachers use technology to create engaging and effective learning experiences for their students. In addition to his work at Caddo Parish Public Schools, Justin is also an adjunct professor at Reach University and Louisiana State University-Shreveport. He teaches courses on educational technology, instructional design, and technology leadership. Justin is a frequent presenter at educational conferences, and has spoken at the ISTE conference, the LACUE conference, and the TCEA conference. He is also a member of the LACUE Board of Directors, where he serves as the Director of Region VII. Justin is a highly skilled and experienced educational technology leader. He is committed to using technology to improve student learning and is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise with others.
