As Education Week continues to grow and evolve, it is continuing to cultivate an audience and customer-centric ethos. Elaina Hundley joined Education Week a year ago to contribute to this initiative by building a Customer Success function within the organization. Her work is primarily centered around understanding and improving the experience of Education Week’s group subscribers. Bringing a marketing and editorial background to her work, she is especially adept at strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and process improvement.
Outside of EdWeek, she can be found spending time with her cat, tending to houseplants, enjoying the outdoors, and reading voraciously (sometimes all at once).
