Maurice Bakley serves as Publisher of EdWeek Market Brief and Chief Revenue Officer at Education Week, where he leads the organization’s strategy to serve clients across the K-12 ecosystem in the areas of marketing services, paid content and recruitment services. Prior to joining Education Week, he was President of FierceMarkets, a DC-based digital media and marketing firm that grew from an angel-backed startup and was successfully sold (twice) to private equity acquirers. Maurice began his career with startup roles in media and financial services in Poland and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
