Jen Mosley is the vice president of marketing for Education Week, including EdWeek Top School Jobs and EdWeek Market Brief, which seeks to advance the quality of K-12 education through a variety of tools, both old and new. Since 2019 she’s worked to match educators with quality content and helping them further their K-12 mission. Her history of marketing news and content began in 2007 when she joined Chicago Sun-Times. Throughout her time there, she held every combination of circulation positions, including director of consumer care and director of audience development. In addition, Mosley played an integral part in projects focused on industry change, such as combo orders, paywall, tablet bundles, social, vendor outsourcing, and price optimization. In 2015, she joined Crain Communications, with an eye towards maximizing B2B niche content’s potential in creating a sustainable publishing model. Jen led the initiative to centralize audience development and led as group director at Crain Communications where her department’s profit margin improved by 15% during that time and digital subscriptions grew by 8%.
